I heart waffles. I especially heart when I don’t have to have them for breakfast.
I was checking out Last Thursday for the first time in a long time and was definitely needing to nosh but didn’t have enough money to do the “go out to dinner” thing. Luckily, I stumbled upon the cart for Solar Waffle Works. They have both sweet and savory waffles, and as much as I usually want to go with the savory, my sweet-tooth guides me in a different direction.
I landed on the Old-Fashioned waffle which is basically just a maple syrup spread atop a golden and delicious waffle. $3.00 later, my sweet-tooth was thanking me and so was my wallet.
